Terms of Service

Lagani Pro is an investment intelligence platform that provides NEPSE market data, portfolio tracking, research content, economic analysis, and AI-powered insights to users in Nepal. The platform is offered on a subscription basis.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lagani Pro.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

Lagani Pro offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Nepal laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Lagani Pro.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading financial information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems.

All content, features, code, design, trademarks, and data on Lagani Pro are the exclusive property of Valoris Innovations Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. User-generated content (such as portfolio notes) remains your property, but you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service.

Lagani Pro is an informational and analytical tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Valoris Innovations Pvt Ltd is not a registered investment advisor under the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) or any other regulatory body.

All investment decisions you make are solely your own responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Market data provided on Lagani Pro is sourced from NEPSE and third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that market data, prices, or company information is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Data may be delayed and should not be used as the sole basis for trading decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valoris Innovations Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lagani Pro, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Lagani Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access Lagani Pro ceases immediately. You may export your portfolio data before termination upon request.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
