The Basic plan is permanently free and includes: live NEPSE index and market summary, a single watchlist with up to 10 stocks, a basic portfolio tracker supporting stocks, gold, silver, and real estate, 30 Lagani Buddy AI credits per day, broker analysis with 1-day data, and 2 research articles per month (re-reads are always free). No credit card required to get started.

Pro (NPR 499/mo) adds unlimited watchlists, advanced charts, AI stock screening, price/volume alerts, fundamental analysis, 150 AI credits/day, 1-year stock and broker data, and 5 research articles/month. Growth (NPR 999/mo) adds everything in Pro plus 400 AI credits/day, AI portfolio rebalancing, multi-portfolio management, priority email support, 5-year stock and broker data, and unlimited research articles. Choose Pro if you are an active individual investor; choose Growth if you manage multiple portfolios or need longer historical data.

Premium (NPR 9,999/seat/month) is designed for brokerages, funds, and institutions. It includes everything in Growth plus: 100,000 AI credits/month per seat, full company financial data terminal, complete historical economic data and NRB policy analysis, PDF and Excel report exports, unlimited and custom research requests, dedicated account manager, and official VAT invoice generation. Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings — the new plan activates immediately and you are charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you retain access to your current plan features until it expires.

Yes. Lagani Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Once expired, your account reverts to the free Basic plan — your data and portfolios are retained.

Lagani Pro does not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the billing period ends but will not receive a refund for unused time. Currently Lagani Pro does not offer a free trial for paid plans. The free Basic plan gives you permanent access to core features so you can evaluate the platform before upgrading. If you have questions about whether a paid plan fits your needs, contact our support team at [email protected].

Lagani Pro accepts payments via major Nepali digital wallets and payment gateways. For exact supported payment methods at checkout, visit the subscription page. For Premium institutional plans, bank transfer and invoice-based payment are available — contact our sales team for details.

Yes. All displayed prices on Lagani Pro are VAT inclusive (13% VAT as per Nepal tax regulations). Premium plan subscribers can request official VAT invoices for accounting and tax purposes — this is included in the Premium plan.

If you exhaust your daily Lagani Buddy AI credit allowance, you can purchase additional credits: 1,000 extra AI credits for NPR 249 (VAT inclusive), valid for 1 month. Extra credits are available on Pro, Growth, and Premium plans. Credits are used after your daily plan allowance is depleted.

When you reach your daily Lagani Buddy AI credit limit, you won't be able to send new messages until it resets the next day. You can purchase extra AI credits (1,000 credits for NPR 249, valid 1 month) to continue immediately, or upgrade to a higher plan with a larger daily allowance — Pro gets 150/day, Growth gets 400/day, Premium gets 100,000/month per seat.

Yes. Lagani Pro offers discounts for longer commitments: 3-month billing saves 10%, 6-month billing saves 20%, and yearly billing saves 30%. For example, the Pro plan at NPR 499/month drops to NPR 349/month on a yearly plan (billed NPR 4,188 upfront). All multi-period billing is charged as a single upfront payment.
