Vision Lumbini Energy Announces 3.6442% Dividend, Calls AGM for Mangsir 3
Vision Lumbini Energy Company has declared a 3.6442% cash dividend on its total paid-up capital of NPR 1.9125 billion for fiscal year 2082/83. The company has called its eighth Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 3 to approve the dividend.
Kathmandu. Vision Lumbini Energy Company has announced a dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. The company's board of directors has declared a total dividend of 3.6442% on the current paid-up capital of NPR 1.9125 billion.
Accordingly, the company will distribute cash dividends amounting to NPR 704.605 million (70 crore 4 lakh 60 thousand 526.32 rupees). This includes NPR 3.523 million (35 lakh 23 thousand 26.32 rupees) as tax at 0.1842%.
To approve the proposed dividend, the company has convened its eighth Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 3. The meeting will begin at 9 AM at Diyalo Foodland Kalikanagar in Butwal, Rupandehi. Shareholders will receive the dividend only after the meeting approves it.
The meeting will also approve the annual and auditor's reports for the previous fiscal year and pass proposals regarding the appointment of an auditor for the current fiscal year 2083/84 and determination of their remuneration.
For the purpose of dividend and the meeting, the company has decided to close its books on Kartik 16. This means only shareholders holding shares before Kartik 16 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
