Vikas Hydropower Calls Fifth Annual General Meeting, to Approve 10.5263 Percent Dividend
Vikas Hydropower Company has convened its fifth Annual General Meeting for Ashoj 29. The meeting will approve a total dividend of 10.5263 percent for the last fiscal year 2082/83, comprising a 10 percent bonus share and 0.5263 percent cash dividend.
Vikas Hydropower Company has called its fifth Annual General Meeting for Ashoj 29. The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM at Hotel Smart Darbar in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve the proposed total dividend of 10.5263 percent for the last fiscal year 2082/83. The dividend is based on the current paid-up capital of Rs 90 crore 91 lakh 1 thousand 300.
The dividend structure is as follows:
- 10 percent bonus share: equivalent to Rs 9 crore 9 lakh 10 thousand 130
- 0.5263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes): equivalent to Rs 47 lakh 84 thousand 600.14
The meeting will also approve the proposal to increase the company's authorized, issued, and paid-up capital after the issuance of bonus shares. Similarly, it will pass a proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to make any changes or suggestions from the regulatory body while amending the company's regulations and memorandum of association.
Additionally, the meeting will approve the annual and auditor's report for the last fiscal year, as well as the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor for the current fiscal year and determination of their remuneration.
