Vikas Hydropower Announces 10.5263 Percent Dividend
Vikas Hydropower Company has announced a total dividend of 10.5263 percent for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
Kathmandu. Vikas Hydropower Company has announced a dividend for fiscal year 2082/83.
A meeting of the company's board of directors held on Wednesday decided to distribute a total dividend of 10.5263 percent on the current paid-up capital of Rs 90 crore 91 lakh 1 thousand 300.
The declared dividend includes the following:
- 10 percent bonus share: equivalent to Rs 9 crore 9 lakh 10 thousand 130
- 0.5263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes): equivalent to Rs 47 lakh 84 thousand 600.14
The company stated that this dividend will be distributed to shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
