Kathmandu. On Thursday, the share market rose by double digits. The NEPSE index increased by 11.77 points to close at 2629.81.
As the market rose, 12 sub-groups of NEPSE increased, while one group declined. Today, the manufacturing and processing group rose the most by 1.83 percent, while the non-life insurance group saw a decline of 0.33 percent.
On this day, the share prices of 176 companies increased, while 95 decreased. The share prices of 7 companies remained stable.
Today, a turnover of Rs 5.44 billion was recorded in the market. Shivam Cement had the highest turnover.
