Today is the last day to secure Ridge Line Energy's dividend
Ridge Line Energy has decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of NPR 12,47,36,842.11 on its current paid-up capital. Only those who purchase shares by today will be eligible for the dividend, as the company is closing its books for one day tomorrow, Ashwin 23.
Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the proposed dividend of Ridge Line Energy. For the purpose of the annual general meeting and dividend distribution, the company is closing its books for one day tomorrow, Ashwin 23. Accordingly, only shareholders who have transacted on NEPSE by today will be able to participate in the company's annual general meeting and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
Ridge Line Energy has decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of NPR 12,47,36,842.11 on its current paid-up capital. To approve this dividend, the company has decided to hold its fifth annual general meeting on the upcoming Kartik 17. The meeting will begin at 10 AM at Kupondole Banquet, located in Kupondole, Lalitpur.
The same meeting will pass the resolution to approve the dividend. The meeting will also elect 1 director to represent the general shareholders.
The meeting will approve the institutional guarantee provided to Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan of Dudhpokhari Chepe Hydropower. The meeting will also pass the proposal to transfer and sell the survey license for electricity generation of the Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project (12.504 MW).
The meeting will approve the annual and auditor's report of the last fiscal year, as well as the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the current fiscal year 2083/84.
