Today is the last day to secure dividends of three companies. Today is the last day to secure dividends of Shine Resunga Development Bank, Sarvottam Paints, and Arun Valley Hydropower Company.

For the purpose of the general meeting and dividend distribution, these companies are closing their books tomorrow, i.e., Ashwin 13. Accordingly, shareholders who have traded on NEPSE up to today will be able to participate in the general meetings of these companies and receive the dividends distributed by these companies.

Shine Resunga Development Bank has called its 18th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 28, Wednesday, at Hotel Safron S.K. Pvt. Ltd., Butwal, Rupandehi. The meeting will start at 11:30 AM. The meeting will pass a special proposal to distribute a 6 percent bonus share of the current paid-up capital and a 10 percent cash dividend including tax purposes. Likewise, the meeting will also pass proposals to authorize the board of directors to amend the memorandum and articles of association, appoint an auditor, among others.

Similarly, Sarvottam Paints has called its 5th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 25, Sunday, at Hotel Jungle Spa Pvt. Ltd., Godavari, Attariya, Kailali. The meeting will start at 1 PM.

The meeting will pass a proposal to distribute a 10 percent bonus share of the current paid-up capital and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Along with this, the meeting will also pass proposals to authorize the board of directors to amend the memorandum and articles of association, elect three directors from the promoter group and one director from the general public group, among others.
