Today is the last day to secure dividends of Sangrila Development Bank and Snow Rivers
Sangrila Development Bank and Snow Rivers are closing their books today, Ashoj 7, for dividend and annual general meeting purposes. Only shareholders on record by today will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the meetings of both companies.
Kathmandu. Today, Ashoj 7, is the last day to secure dividends of Sangrila Development Bank and Snow Rivers.
Both companies have decided to close their books tomorrow, Ashoj 8, for dividend and annual general meeting purposes. This means only shareholders on record by today will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the meetings of both companies.
Sangrila Development Bank will hold its 22nd Annual General Meeting on Ashoj 22. The meeting will begin at 10 AM at Alice Reception in Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 10.5263 percent on the current paid-up capital of Rs 3 arba 73 crore 40 lakh 68 thousand 505.53 proposed for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes:
- 4 percent bonus shares
- 6.5263 percent cash dividend (including tax)
Similarly, Snow Rivers will hold its fifth Annual General Meeting on Ashoj 21. The meeting will begin at 8:30 AM at Lisara Residences in Naxal, Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares on the current paid-up capital and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year 2082/83.
