Today, Ashwin 2, is the last day for investors to secure dividends and participate in the upcoming annual general meetings of Global IME Bank, ICFC Finance, and Nepal Lube Oil. All three companies have set the book closure date for Ashwin 5.
Kathmandu — Today, Ashwin 2, is the last day for investors to secure dividends and participate in the upcoming annual general meetings of Global IME Bank, ICFC Finance, and Nepal Lube Oil.
All three institutions have decided to close their books on Monday, Ashwin 5, for dividend and annual general meeting purposes. Only investors who purchase shares before the book closure will be eligible for the proposed dividends and voting rights at the meetings.
Global IME Bank will hold its 20th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 16 at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, starting at 9 AM. The meeting will approve a total 10 percent dividend on the current paid-up capital for fiscal year 2082/83, comprising 4 percent bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend (including tax).
ICFC Finance will hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 13 at Baudha Heritage, Baudha, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM. The meeting will approve a cash dividend (including tax) of 10.5263 percent on the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.18 billion 34 million 70 thousand 960 for fiscal year 2082/83. Accordingly, the company will distribute a total cash dividend of Rs 12 crore 45 lakh 75 thousand 703.66.
Nepal Lube Oil has called its 35th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 19 at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, starting at 11:30 AM. The meeting will pass a total 21.05264 percent dividend on the current paid-up capital for fiscal year 2082/83, including 15 percent bonus shares and 6.05264 percent cash dividend (including tax).
Additionally, the meeting will approve a special proposal to issue 200 percent rights shares in the ratio of 1:2 on the current paid-up capital.
