Today, Ashoj 12, is the last day to secure the proposed dividend of Shine Resunga Development Bank. As the bank has decided to close the books on Ashoj 13, only investors who purchase shares by today will receive the dividend and be eligible to participate in the 18th Annual General Meeting on Ashoj 28.
Today, Ashoj 12, is the last day to secure the proposed dividend of Shine Resunga Development Bank. Investors who purchase shares by today will receive the dividend announced by the bank.
The bank has decided to close the books on Ashoj 13 for the purpose of dividend distribution and the Annual General Meeting. This means that only shareholders on record by today, Ashoj 12, will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting. The bank has decided to hold its 18th Annual General Meeting on Ashoj 28. The meeting will begin at 11:30 AM at Hotel Sofran CKE in Butwal, Rupandehi.
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 16 percent of the current paid-up capital from the proposed distributable accumulated profit for the last fiscal year 2082/83. This includes:
- Bonus share 6 percent
- Cash dividend 10 percent (including tax)
The meeting will also approve a special proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to make amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association as per directives or suggestions received from regulatory bodies. Additionally, the meeting will pass a special proposal to increase or add to the meeting allowance and other facilities of the directors.
The same meeting will approve the annual and auditor's report for the last fiscal year, as well as the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the current fiscal year 2083/84.
