Share investor Tilak Koirala has said that in the coming days, IPOs must be issued through the book-building system. Speaking on Arthasarokar's 'Investor's Voice' program, he said that if IPOs continue to be brought in the current manner, the Nepal Securities Board (SEBON) will not be able to handle it.
According to Koirala, if companies currently in the IPO pipeline are not allowed to bring IPOs through book-building, the flood of IPOs will sweep away the current chairman.
He also clarified that the capital market is not a place for promoters to sell shares and run away.
