Kathmandu. Super Madi Hydropower Limited is holding its 17th Annual General Meeting today, Ashoj 1, Thursday, to approve the dividend to be distributed to shareholders from last fiscal year's profit. The meeting will begin at 11 AM at Hotel Imperial, Kathmandu.
The company's Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 8 had announced a bonus share of 15 percent of the current paid-up capital, amounting to Rs 34 crore 72 lakh 87 thousand 500, and a cash dividend of 0.78947 percent for tax purposes. The proposal is expected to be passed by today's meeting.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company had set the book closure on Bhadra 22. Accordingly, only shareholders who held shares traded on NEPSE until Bhadra 18 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
