Kathmandu. Property Bazaar (Stock Broker 67) has passed a 5 percent bonus share for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company's fourth annual general meeting held on Saturday passed the dividend for that fiscal year. The meeting also approved the annual and auditor's reports.
The meeting approved a special proposal to provide margin trading services to its customers. Additionally, the meeting passed a proposal to borrow more than the current paid-up capital of 20 crore rupees.
The meeting also passed other proposals including the appointment of an independent director. The meeting was chaired by the company's chairman, Uddhav Shivakoti.
