Snow Rivers Limited Announces 10.5263% Dividend, Fifth AGM on Ashwin 21
Snow Rivers Limited has announced a total dividend of 10.5263% from last fiscal year's profit. The company has called its fifth Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 21 and set the book closure date for Ashwin 8.
Snow Rivers Limited has announced a total dividend of 10.5263 percent from the profit of the last fiscal year for its shareholders. The decision was made at the company's Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 29.
The declared dividend comprises 10 percent cash and 0.5263 percent bonus shares. The dividend proposal will be implemented after approval by shareholders.
To pass the dividend proposal, the company has convened its fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Wednesday, Ashwin 21, at Lisara Reception Pvt. Ltd. in Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 8:30 AM.
The AGM will make decisions on the following matters:
- Discuss and approve the annual report, auditor's report, and other financial statements for the last fiscal year
- Accept a loan from NMB Bank
- Approve the decision to invest in hydropower projects and shares of the company
- Elect 1 public shareholder director
- Appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and fix their remuneration
- Increase the company's authorized, issued, and paid-up capital
- Amend certain provisions of the company
For the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has stated it will close its books for one day on Thursday, Ashwin 8.
