Sikles Hydropower Announces 13.375 Percent Dividend
Sikles Hydropower has announced a 13.375 percent dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes 12.706 percent bonus shares and 0.669 percent cash dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kathmandu. Sikles Hydropower has announced a dividend for fiscal year 2082/83.
The company's board of directors, in a meeting held on Monday, decided to distribute a 13.375 percent dividend from the accumulated profits of that fiscal year on the current paid-up capital.
The declared dividend includes:
- 12.706 percent bonus shares
- 0.669 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes)
The meeting also decided to submit the proposed dividend to the Electricity Regulatory Commission for approval. The company stated that after the Commission's approval, the dividend will be endorsed by the upcoming annual general meeting and distributed to shareholders.
