Siddhartha Bank Calls 25th AGM, to Endorse 10% Bonus and 10% Cash Dividend
Siddhartha Bank Limited has convened its 25th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, Ashwin 28, at the Army Officers' Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The meeting will endorse a 10% bonus share and a 10% cash dividend (including tax purposes) on the current paid-up capital.
Siddhartha Bank Limited has called its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank has scheduled the meeting for Wednesday, Ashwin 28 at the Army Officers' Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The AGM will commence at 9 AM.
The bank has convened the AGM to endorse the dividend announced for distribution to shareholders from the previous fiscal year's profit. The meeting will pass a special resolution to distribute a 10% bonus share on the current paid-up capital and a 10% cash dividend (including tax purposes).
Additionally, the meeting will also endorse the following proposals:
- Distribution of 8.25% cash dividend to non-redeemable non-cumulative preference shareholders on a proportional basis for 136 days
- Authorization to the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Appointment of an auditor, among other proposals
