Shine Resunga Development Bank Dividend: Those Buying Shares by Today Will Receive It
Shine Resunga Development Bank has decided to close its books on Ashoj 13, meaning only investors holding shares by today, Ashoj 12, will be eligible for the proposed dividend and participation in the upcoming annual general meeting. The bank has proposed a 16 percent dividend (6 percent bonus and 10 percent cash) and will hold its 18th AGM on Ashoj 28 in Butwal.
Kathmandu. Shine Resunga Development Bank has decided to close its books on Ashoj 13 for the purpose of dividend distribution and the upcoming annual general meeting. This means that only shareholders holding shares by today, Ashoj 12, will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and participate in the meeting.
The bank will hold its 18th Annual General Meeting on Ashoj 28. The meeting will begin at 11:30 AM at Hotel Saffron CKE in Butwal, Rupandehi.
The meeting will approve a total 16 percent dividend from the proposed distributable accumulated profit for the last fiscal year 2082/83 on the current paid-up capital. This includes:
- 6 percent bonus shares
- 10 percent cash dividend (including tax)
The meeting will also endorse a special proposal granting authority to the Board of Directors to make amendments to the memorandum and articles of association as per directives or suggestions received from regulatory bodies. Additionally, it will pass a special proposal to increase or add to the directors' meeting allowances and other facilities.
The same meeting will approve the annual and auditor's reports for the last fiscal year, as well as endorse the proposal regarding the appointment of an auditor and determination of their remuneration for the current fiscal year 2083/84.
