Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of three companies. After book closure for the purpose of annual general meetings and dividend distribution, the share prices of Shine Resunga Development Bank, Arun Valley Hydropower, and Sarvottam Paints have been adjusted to new prices.
Adjusted price details:
- Shine Resunga Development Bank: After a 6 percent bonus share, the share price has been set at Rs 404.62. The adjustment was based on yesterday's last trading price of Rs 428.90.
- Arun Valley Hydropower: After a 5 percent bonus share, the share price has been set at Rs 256.19. The adjustment was based on yesterday's last trading price of Rs 269.
- Sarvottam Paints: After a 10 percent bonus share, the share price has been set at Rs 1213.64. The adjustment was based on yesterday's last trading price of Rs 1335.
Based on these adjusted prices, trading of the shares of these companies will open in the secondary market today.
