Securities Board permits National Commercial Bank to issue Rs. 3 billion debenture
The Nepal Securities Board has granted National Commercial Bank permission to issue a 7-year debenture worth Rs. 3 billion. The bank will issue 3 million units at an annual interest rate of 6 percent, with 1.2 million units allocated for the general public.
Kathmandu. Nepal Securities Board has granted National Commercial Bank permission to issue a debenture worth Rs. 3 billion.
The board today approved the bank to issue a debenture named 'ABBL Debenture–2089'. Accordingly, the bank will issue a total of 3 million units with a face value of Rs. 1,000.
Of the total units, the bank will issue 1.2 million units to the general public, while the remaining 1.8 million units will be sold through private placement.
This is a 7-year debenture. Investors will receive 6 percent annual interest on it. Kumari Capital is the sales manager for this debenture.
