SEBON Approves Citizens Capital's "Citizens Super 50" Mutual Fund Scheme, 10 Crore Units to be Issued
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "Citizens Super 50" mutual fund scheme, worth Rs 1 Arba, sponsored by Citizens Bank International Limited and managed by Citizens Capital Limited. The closed-end 10-year scheme will issue 10 crore units at a par value of Rs 10 per share.
Kathmandu — The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval for the "Citizens Super 50" mutual fund scheme, valued at Rs 1 Arba, on Ashwin 07, 2083.
This is a closed-end 10-year mutual fund scheme that will issue 10 crore units, each at a par value of Rs 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is Citizens Bank International Limited, while the fund manager is Citizens Capital Limited.
As of now, Citizens Capital Limited is managing one closed-end fund in the market.
