Sanima Development Bank's 22nd AGM Concludes, 10.5263 Percent Dividend Proposal Passed
The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Sanima Development Bank Limited has passed a proposal to distribute a total of 10.5263 percent dividend. The meeting also unanimously elected a new six-member Board of Directors for the next 4 years and selected Ujjwal Satyal as Chairman.
Kathmandu — The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Sanima Development Bank Limited was held on Thursday, Ashoj 22 at Alice Reception Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
The meeting passed a proposal to distribute a total dividend of 10.5263 percent. This includes a cash dividend (including tax) of 6.5263 percent of the bank's current issued and paid-up capital of Rs 3 arba 73 crore 40 lakh 68 thousand 5 hundred 5 rupees 53 paisa, amounting to Rs 24 crore 36 lakh 97 thousand 102.47 paisa, and a bonus share of 4 percent of the current paid-up capital, amounting to Rs 14 crore 93 lakh 62 thousand 740.22 paisa.
With the passage of this proposal, the paid-up capital of Sanima Development Bank will now reach Rs 3 arba 88 crore 34 lakh 31 thousand 245.75 paisa.
The AGM also unanimously elected a new six-member Board of Directors for the next 4 years. These include:
- From the founding shareholders: Ujjwal Satyal, Sushil Kaji Baniya, and Shyam Kumar Sharma
- From the general shareholders: Bishnu Prasad Dhakal, Krishna Prasad Regmi, and Bhavana Agrawal
Similarly, a meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors held on the same day elected Ujjwal Satyal as the Chairman of the Board.
The AGM also passed proposals including the financial statements for fiscal year 082/83, appointment of auditors, amendment of the Memorandum of Association, and mergers and acquisitions.
