Samsung's Dashain-Tihar Offer: Chance to Win Prizes Through Daily and Weekly Lucky Draws
Samsung Nepal has launched the 'Smart Upgrade at Home, Lucky Surprise this Festive Season' offer on its TVs and home appliances for Dashain-Tihar. The campaign will run from September 20, 2026, to November 16, 2026, allowing customers to participate in daily and weekly lucky draws and win prizes.
Kathmandu. Samsung Nepal has introduced the 'Smart Upgrade at Home, Lucky Surprise this Festive Season' offer on its TVs and home appliances for Dashain-Tihar.
Under the offer, customers purchasing Samsung TVs and home appliances can participate in daily and weekly lucky draws, and receive additional cashback and guaranteed gifts. The campaign will run from September 20, 2026, to November 16, 2026.
During the campaign period, customers who purchase any Samsung TV, refrigerator, washing machine, or AC can register their purchase and participate in the lucky draw as per the terms and conditions.
In the lucky draw, 31 winners will be selected daily. The daily winners will have the chance to win either a Samsung 9 kg front-load washing machine or a Samsung 55-inch UHD TV. Similarly, on a weekly basis, 8 winners will have the chance to win a Samsung AC.
To participate in the lucky draw, customers must purchase any Samsung TV, refrigerator, washing machine, or AC during the campaign period. Then, using the 14-digit serial number on the sticker affixed to the back of the product, they must send an SMS to 37273 writing 'Samsung Space 14-digit serial number'. After sending the SMS, customers will immediately receive a confirmation via SMS.
The lucky draw winners will be announced every Wednesday on Image Channel's 'Music of Your Choice' program. The winners' list will also be posted on the Facebook pages of Smart Plaza and Big Digital.
Along with the chance to win prizes through the lucky draw, customers can also receive additional cashback and other gifts on selected Samsung TVs and home appliances.
- On TVs, up to 26 percent cashback, a free soundbar, and a free Netflix package for up to 12 months on selected models will be available.
- On refrigerators, up to 21 percent cashback and an exchange bonus of up to Rs 5,000 will be available.
- On washing machines, up to 18 percent cashback, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 3,000, and a free 6 kg Surf Excel Matic detergent on selected models will be available.
Furthermore, through Samsung Insta Finance Service, operated by Hulas Finserv Hire Purchase Ltd, customers can purchase devices under a 12-month or 24-month EMI plan. Customers wishing to upgrade to new Samsung home appliances can exchange their old devices through ArkoStore or from authorized Samsung retail stores across Nepal.
