Kathmandu. Ridi Line Energy has announced a cash dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. The company's Board of Directors meeting decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of NPR 12,47,36,842.11 on the currently paid-up capital.
To approve this dividend, the company has convened its fifth Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Kartik 17 at Kupondole Banquet in Kupondole, Lalitpur, starting at 10 AM.
The meeting will pass the following resolutions:
- Approve the declared cash dividend
- Elect 1 director representing general shareholders
- Approve the institutional guarantee provided to Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan of Dudhpokhari Chepe Hydropower
- Pass the proposal to transfer and sell the survey license for electricity generation of the Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project (12.504 MW)
- Approve the annual and auditor's report for the previous fiscal year
- Approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the current fiscal year 2083/84
