Reliance Spinning Mills Declares 30 Percent Cash Dividend, 32nd AGM on Ashwin 22
Reliance Spinning Mills has declared a 30 percent cash dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. The company has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 22 and set the book closure date for Ashwin 14.
Kathmandu — Reliance Spinning Mills has announced a 30 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for fiscal year 2082/83.
A meeting of the company's Board of Directors held on Monday evening decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) amounting to Rs 570 million, which is 30 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.90 billion.
To approve this dividend, the company has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 22. The meeting will begin at 9 AM at Anupam Food Land and Banquet in Battisputali, Kathmandu.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close its books on Ashwin 14.
- Only shareholders holding shares before Ashwin 14 will be eligible to receive the company's dividend and participate in the meeting.
- Shares purchased after the book closure date will not be eligible for the dividend or voting rights at the meeting.
