Rastriya Banijya Bank to Issue Rs. 3 Arba in 6% Debenture 2089 from Ashwin 29
Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is issuing 30 lakh units of a 7-year, 6% debenture worth Rs. 3 Arba, with applications open from Ashwin 29 to Kartik 10, 2083. The issue includes a private placement of 18 lakh units and a public offering of 12 lakh units, managed by Kumari Capital Limited.
Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited has published an offer letter to issue 30 lakh units of the "7 yrs, 6% RBBL Debenture 2089" to the general public.
The debenture, with a maturity period of 7 years and a coupon rate of 6%, will be open for application from 29th Ashwin to 10th Kartik, 2083. If the issue is not fully subscribed, the deadline can be extended to Kartik 12, 2083.
30,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The allocation is structured as follows:
- 60% (18 lakh units) worth Rs. 1.80 Arba will be subscribed via private placement.
- 40% (12 lakh units) worth Rs. 1.20 Arba will be open for public issue.
- 5% (60,000 units) will be allocated for mutual funds.
The issuance will raise a total of Rs. 3 Arba.
Kumari Capital Limited is the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of whole units.
