Kathmandu. Rastriya Banijya Bank has completed the allotment of its RBB Debenture-2089, which has a 7-year maturity and an annual interest rate of 6 percent. The bank stated that it allotted the debenture, amounting to NPR 3 billion from 3 million units at a face value of NPR 1,000 per debenture, on Kartik 16.
