Rapti Hydro Calls Special General Meeting on Ashwin 28 to Approve Right Shares
Rapti Hydro and General Construction has convened a special general meeting on Ashwin 28 to approve a proposal to issue 25.1411 percent right shares. The company will close its books on Ashwin 20, meaning only shareholders on record before that date will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
Kathmandu — Rapti Hydro and General Construction has called a special general meeting to approve a proposal to issue right shares. The company's board of directors, in a meeting held on Monday, decided to hold the meeting on Ashwin 28.
The meeting will begin at 9 AM at Himshikhar Party Venue in Chapagaun, Lalitpur. The meeting will approve a proposal to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:0.251411 of the current paid-up capital, i.e., 25.1411 percent.
Accordingly, the company will proceed to issue a total of 3,081,262 units of right shares with a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will also approve a special proposal authorizing the board of directors to act in accordance with any directives or suggestions received from the regulatory body regarding the issuance of right shares.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close its books on Ashwin 20. This means only shareholders on record before Ashwin 20 will be eligible to participate in the company's meeting.
