Pushpalal Investment to Issue NPR 150 Million IPO, Laxmi Sunrise Capital Appointed as Sales Manager
Pushpalal Investment Company Limited is set to issue 1,500,000 ordinary shares worth NPR 150 million to the general public. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the sales manager for the issuance.
Kathmandu. Pushpalal Investment Company Limited is set to issue ordinary shares (IPO) to the general public. The company has decided to issue 1,500,000 ordinary shares with a face value of NPR 100 each, totaling NPR 150,000,000, from its issued capital to the general public.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the shares. The agreement letter was signed by Rajiv Sapkota, Chairman of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, and Lal Prasad Sawa Limbu, Chairman of Pushpalal Investment Company Limited.
