President Paudel authenticates bill related to Nepal Special Service Act
President Ram Chandra Paudel has authenticated the Bill, 2083, related to restoring the original provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042. The bill, passed by the Federal Parliament, was submitted to President Paudel for authentication and was certified in accordance with Article 113, Subsection (2) of the Constitution.
Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Paudel has authenticated the Bill, 2083, related to restoring the original provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042.
According to Ritesh Kumar Shakya, spokesperson for the Office of the President, the bill was passed by a meeting of the Federal Parliament and submitted to President Paudel for authentication.
President Paudel authenticated the bill in accordance with Article 113, Subsection (2) of the Constitution. With this, the path has opened for the original provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042, to be reinstated.
