Prabhu Bank CEO Suman Sharma, who was absconding after an arrest warrant was issued following the filing of a criminal case, has surrendered at the District Court Parsa. He is currently in police custody and his detention hearing is being held today.
Kathmandu — Prabhu Bank CEO Suman Sharma, who was absconding after an arrest warrant was issued following the filing of a criminal case, has surrendered. He surrendered to appear before the District Court Parsa today, as police were searching for him for arrest. He had fled after the arrest warrant was issued.
He is currently in police custody and is about to appear in court shortly.
A detention hearing is being held today to decide whether to send him to jail for trial or release him on bail or on a regular date.
