Peoples Energy to Issue IPO, 10th Annual General Meeting on Kartik 18
Peoples Energy Limited has called its 10th Annual General Meeting on Kartik 18. The meeting will approve the annual report, financial statements, and auditor appointment, as well as a special resolution to issue an IPO of up to 20 percent of the company's issued capital.
Peoples Energy Limited has called its 10th Annual General Meeting on Kartik 18. The company's Board of Directors meeting held on Asoj 27 decided to hold the meeting. The meeting will begin at 1 PM at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve the following:
- The annual report of the Board of Directors for fiscal year 2082/83
- The financial statements including the auditor's report for fiscal year 2082/83
- Appointment of the auditor and determination of remuneration for fiscal year 2083/84
- Approval of decisions and actions taken by the Board of Directors regarding business operations, investments, loans, and corporate guarantees in fiscal year 2082/83
Additionally, the meeting will discuss and pass a special resolution to make necessary amendments to the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association, authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, increase the company's share capital, and issue and utilize an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of up to 20 percent of the company's issued capital.
