NMB Bank announces 7 percent cash dividend
NMB Bank Limited has announced a 7 percent cash dividend for ordinary shareholders from the profit earned in fiscal year 2082/83. Additionally, holders of irredeemable non-cumulative preference shares will receive an 8.25 percent cash dividend.
Commercial bank NMB Bank Limited has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders from the profit earned in the last fiscal year 2082/83. The bank has announced a 7 percent cash dividend based on the current paid-up capital. The cash dividend includes the amount set aside for tax purposes.
Along with ordinary shareholders, the bank has also set a separate dividend for holders of its NMB Irredeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares. Such shareholders will receive a 8.25 percent cash dividend (including tax).
