Shareholders will not receive the declared dividend immediately. The proposal will be forwarded only after it is approved at the company's 14th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, Kartik 20. The meeting will begin at 11:30 AM at the company's meeting hall located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
The following proposals will be presented and approved after discussion at the general meeting:
- The company's annual report for fiscal year 2082/83
- Financial statements including the auditor's report
- Profit and loss account and cash flow statement
Only after these proposals are approved will the dividend distribution process move forward.
