NIC Asia Equity Opportunity Fund units open for sale from today
Units of the NIC Asia Equity Opportunity Fund, operated under NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund, have opened for public sale from today, Ashwin 7. Scheme manager NIC Asia Capital is issuing a total of 80 million units at a face value of Rs 10, of which 68 million units will be available to the general public.
Kathmandu. Units of the 'NIC Asia Equity Opportunity Fund', operated under NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund, have opened for sale from today, Ashwin 7.
Scheme manager NIC Asia Capital has opened the sale of a total of 80 million units of the scheme at a face value of Rs 10. Of the total units, 12 million units will be reserved for promoter NIC Asia Bank as seed capital, while the remaining 68 million units will be issued to the general public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 10 million units. Investors can apply through banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as through CDSC's Mero Share.
The issuance unit sale for this scheme will close at the earliest on Ashwin 13 and at the latest on Ashwin 21 after banking hours.
