NIC Asia Bank Becomes Nepal's First to Enable Apple Pay and Google Pay for Merchants
NIC Asia Bank has become the first bank in Nepal to allow merchants using its e-commerce payment gateway to accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. The service, enabled through the bank's CyberSource Payment Gateway, will let international customers pay with Visa and Mastercard cards via their mobile devices. Through the bank's CyberSource Payment Gateway, merchants can receive payments from international customers using Visa and Mastercard cards via Apple Pay and Google Pay. The service will allow customers to make payments using their mobile devices without directly using their physical cards.
The bank said the service will benefit businesses such as:
