Kathmandu. The work of opening a new track at Krishnabhir in Dhading along the Prithvi Highway has been completed.
According to the Prime Minister's Office, the work of opening a new track at Krishnabhir was completed by Wednesday morning. With the completion of the new track, vehicles will fully operate on this highway from tomorrow.
Four days after the devastating flood in Bhotekoshi, i.e., on 14 Bhadra, the flood in Trishuli cut off the road at Krishnabhir, and since then, this highway has been blocked.
On 28 Bhadra, a test of the new track was conducted by passing some heavy vehicles. Although the new track was tested, vehicles were not allowed to operate as the work was not fully completed.
