NEPSE Surges by Double Digits, Turnover Exceeds Rs 4.83 Billion

Kathmandu. On Friday, the last trading day of the week, the benchmark NEPSE index surged by double digits. The NEPSE index increased by 17.15 points to reach 2,591.80 points.
In NEPSE, a total of 353 companies traded 12,905,942 shares, resulting in a turnover of over Rs 4.83 billion.
Today, Kumari Bank Limited recorded the highest turnover. The company saw transactions worth Rs 211.1 million.
In today's market, investors of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited gained the most. The company's share price increased by more than 4 percent.
On the other hand, investors of Ridi Line Energy lost the most. The company's share price decreased by more than 7 percent.
