NEPSE Index Rises 22.85 Points on Friday, Turnover Exceeds Rs 6 Billion
On Friday, the last trading day of the week, the NEPSE index rose 22.85 points to close at 2647.22. A total of 21,272,761 shares of 345 companies were traded, resulting in a turnover of over Rs 6.74 billion. Kumari Bank Limited became the most traded company, while investors in Snow River Limited gained the most and those in Hathway Investment Nepal Limited suffered the most losses.
Kathmandu. On Friday, the last trading day of the week, the benchmark NEPSE index rose. On Friday, the NEPSE index increased by 22.85 points to reach 2647.22 points.
In NEPSE, a total of 21,272,761 shares of 345 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a share transaction of over Rs 6.74 billion.
Today, the highest turnover was of Kumari Bank Limited. This company saw a transaction worth Rs 321.3 million.
In today's market, investors of Snow River Limited earned the highest profit. The share price of this company increased by more than 13 percent.
On the other hand, investors of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited suffered the most losses. The share price of this company hit a negative circuit.
