NEPSE Falls by Double Digits Today, Ghalehdi Hydropower Tops Trading
On Monday, the first trading day of the week, the NEPSE index fell by 20.48 points to close at 2,566. With total turnover exceeding NPR 3.27 billion, Ghalehdi Hydropower, Hathway Investment, and Shivam Cement emerged as the top three companies by trading volume.

Kathmandu. On Monday, the first trading day of the week, the stock market closed lower by double digits. The NEPSE index fell by 20.48 points to settle at 2,566.
Today, the share prices of 32 companies increased, while those of 242 companies declined.
Total share trading today exceeded NPR 3.27 billion. The companies with the highest turnover were:
- Ghalehdi Hydropower: NPR 22.86 million
- Hathway Investment: NPR 8.49 million
- Shivam Cement: NPR 8.43 million
