Nepal Infrastructure Investment Fund is set to issue rights shares to its shareholders. The company has announced that it will issue rights shares to its shareholders starting from Kartik 9.
The company will issue a 33% rights share in a 3:1 ratio based on its current paid-up capital of NPR 1.20 billion. Accordingly, a total of 4 million rights shares with a face value of NPR 100 each will be sold.
Shareholders must apply by Mangsir 14 within office hours. If applications are not received within the stipulated period, the shares will be sold through other means as decided by the Board of Directors, the company stated.
To issue the rights shares, the company has decided to close the books on Ashoj 30. This means that only founder shareholders on record before Ashoj 30 will be eligible to apply for the rights shares.
