Nepal Infrastructure Bank's Eighth Annual General Meeting Concludes, 5.2632% Cash Dividend Approved
The eighth Annual General Meeting of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) was held on Ashwin 23 in Kathmandu. The meeting unanimously approved all proposals, including a 5.2632 percent cash dividend on paid-up capital.
Kathmandu – The eighth Annual General Meeting of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) concluded on Friday, Ashwin 23, at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, with an encouraging presence of shareholders.
The meeting, chaired by Mahesh Prasad Dahal, Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors, was attended by Board members Bandhu Prasad Bastola, Surendra Raj Regmi, Deepak Kumar Agrawal, Bishal Upreti, Dr. Manish Thapa, and Anita Rayamajhi, along with Chief Executive Officer Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, shareholders, and other concerned officials.
Addressing the meeting, Chairman Dahal briefed shareholders on the Bank's achievements during the review period, the plans and targets set for the current fiscal year, and its future strategy.
The meeting unanimously approved all proposals presented, including a 5.2632 percent cash dividend on the Bank's paid-up capital.
