Kathmandu. Nepal Finance has put 231,403 shares of the founder group up for sale.
According to the company, these shares can currently be purchased only by the company's founder shareholders. Founder shareholders have been given a 35-day deadline to submit purchase applications.
If no applications for share purchase are received from founder shareholders within the stipulated period, the company has stated that the shares will be sold to other individuals and institutions.
