'Neo Service Camp' launched with laptop service, upgrade, and exchange facilities
Neo Store has launched 'Neo Service Camp' targeting laptop users, offering cleaning, servicing, technical consultation, upgrades, and exchange services. Operated at various stores in Kathmandu and Pokhara, the camp previously saw over 5,000 participants.
Kathmandu. 'Neo Service Camp' has been launched with the objective of providing service and technical support to laptop users.
Neo Store, which has been selling various products related to information technology, gadgets, and entertainment, organized this camp with the motto 'Never Stop Caring'—meaning to continuously care for customers.
The company said the camp will offer laptop cleaning, servicing, technical consultation, upgrades, and exchange facilities. According to the company, the camp is being operated at various Neo Stores in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
The company had organized this program before as well, in which more than 5,000 people participated. Considering the significant customer presence, the company said it has resumed the program.
Under the camp, both new and old laptop users can avail the services. The service will be available for any laptop, whether purchased officially or from the grey market.
Since dust and dirt can accumulate inside laptops with long-term use, a 'Deep Cleaning' service will be available at the camp to help clean it and make the laptop run smoothly.
Likewise, the company said that free general check-ups and technical consultations regarding problems can be obtained. New laptops can be purchased and upgraded at affordable prices.
According to the company, users facing issues like slow performance, excessive heating, or problems during work can also seek technical consultation. The technical team will examine the laptop's condition and provide suggestions on potential issues and necessary upgrades.
For users wanting to enhance the capacity of old laptops, options for RAM, SSD, and other compatible hardware upgrades will also be available. Similarly, the company said an exchange facility to trade in an old laptop for a new one is also available at the camp.
During exchange, the laptop will be evaluated based on its brand, model, physical and technical condition, hardware, and market value. Customers can also purchase laptops in installments. However, the company clarified that installment and servicing facilities will not be available for Apple MacBooks.
