National Life Insurance to Provide Life Insurance for Nepal Bank Employees
National Life Insurance Company will now provide life insurance services for employees of Nepal Bank Limited. An agreement was signed between the two institutions on Wednesday, under which more than 2,500 bank employees will receive mandatory life insurance along with residential loan protection.
Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company will provide life insurance services for employees working at the government-owned commercial bank, Nepal Bank Limited.
An agreement letter was signed and exchanged on Wednesday regarding this. Deputy Chief Executive Officer of National Life, Smriti Raj Kandel, and Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Bank, Dipendra Raj Kafle, exchanged the agreement letter.
According to the agreement, National Life will provide mandatory life insurance services for employees, along with protection for residential loans and other facilities that the bank has been providing to its employees.
Nepal Bank Limited, which has been leading among commercial banks in both transaction volume and profit generation, currently has more than 2,500 employees.
