National Insurance Company's Fourth Annual General Meeting Concludes, Reports for Two Fiscal Years Approved
National Insurance Company Limited has concluded its fourth Annual General Meeting in Kathmandu. The meeting approved the annual reports for fiscal years 2077/78 and 2078/79, along with the auditor's report, balance sheet, and financial statements. It also endorsed the appointment and remuneration of auditors for the next three fiscal years.
Kathmandu — The fourth Annual General Meeting of National Insurance Company Limited has concluded at Anmol Catering Service in Shankhamul, Kathmandu.
The meeting discussed and approved the annual reports presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors for fiscal year 2077/78 and fiscal year 2078/79.
Likewise, the meeting discussed and approved the balance sheet as of Ashadh end, accompanied by the auditor's report for both fiscal years, the profit and loss account and cash flow statement ending on the same date, and the schedules related to the financial statements for the same period.
Similarly, the meeting passed various proposals, including endorsing the appointment and remuneration of auditors appointed by the Board of Directors for fiscal years 2079/80, 2080/81, and 2081/82, in accordance with the advice of the Office of the Auditor General.
