National Commercial Bank to Issue NPR 3 Billion Debenture from Ashwin 29
National Commercial Bank is set to issue a 7-year debenture worth NPR 3 billion from Ashwin 29. Investors will receive an annual interest of 6 percent.
Kathmandu. National Commercial Bank is set to issue a debenture worth NPR 3 billion from Ashwin 29. The bank is issuing a debenture named 'ABBL Debenture-2089'.
This debenture will be issued in a total of 3 million units with a face value of NPR 1,000 each. Of the total units, the bank will sell 1.8 million units through private placement, while the remaining 1.2 million units will be issued to the public.
Out of the total units to be publicly issued, 60,000 units, amounting to 5 percent, have been allocated to collective investment funds. The remaining 1.14 million units will be sold to the general public.
Investors can apply for purchase through C-ASBA service-providing banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal and their designated branch offices, as well as through CDSC's Mero Share. The debenture issuance will close at the earliest on Kartik 10 and at the latest on Kartik 12 after banking hours.
This is a 7-year debenture. Investors will receive an annual interest of 6 percent. Kumari Capital is the sales manager for this debenture.
