Muktinath Mutual Fund-2 units open for sale from today
Muktinath Capital has opened the sale of 10 crore units under Muktinath Mutual Fund-2 to the general public from today, Ashwin 1. Of the total units, 8 crore 50 lakh units will be sold to the general public, while the remaining seed capital has been reserved for the scheme manager and promoter.
Kathmandu. The units of Muktinath Mutual Fund-2, operated by Muktinath Capital, have been opened for sale from today, Ashwin 1. Out of the total 10 crore units, 8 crore 50 lakh units will be sold to the general public.
Each unit has a face value of Rs 10. Among the total units, 20 lakh units have been reserved as seed capital for the scheme manager Muktinath Capital, and 1 crore 30 lakh units for the promoter Muktinath Development Bank.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1 crore units. Applications can be submitted through C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as through CDSC's Mero Share.
The issue will close at the earliest on Ashwin 6 and at the latest on Ashwin 15 after banking hours.
