Muktinath Mutual Fund 2 Public Issue Closes Today
Muktinath Capital Limited is closing the public issue of its closed-ended mutual fund scheme, Muktinath Mutual Fund 2, today, 6th Ashwin 2083. The issue, which opened on 1st Ashwin 2083, has received applications for 4,81,10,370 units worth Rs. 48.11 crore from 1,24,830 applicants so far.
Muktinath Capital Limited is closing the public issue of its mutual fund scheme, "Muktinath Mutual Fund 2", today, 6th Ashwin 2083. The issue had opened on 1st Ashwin 2083.
Out of the total 10 crore units, allocations have been made as follows:
- 13% (1,30,00,000 units worth Rs. 13 crore) to the scheme manager, Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited
- 2% (20,00,000 units worth Rs. 2 crore) to the fund sponsor, Muktinath Capital Limited
- The remaining 8,50,00,000 units worth Rs. 85 crore are being issued to the general public and institutions.
According to the CDSC, 1,24,830 applicants have applied for 4,81,10,370 units worth Rs. 48.11 crore so far.
"Muktinath Mutual Fund 2" is a closed-ended scheme. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
