Muktinath Development Bank and Good Karma Residency Sign Housing Loan Agreement
Muktinath Development Bank Limited and Good Karma Residency have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide easy housing loan facilities. Under the agreement, eligible customers can avail housing loans at Base Rate + 0.25 percent premium for a maximum period of 30 years.
Kathmandu . Muktinath Development Bank Limited and Good Karma Residency have signed a memorandum of understanding with the objective of providing easy housing loan facilities.
Bank's Chief Executive Officer Tara Manandhar and Chairman of Karma Residencies Karma Tenzing signed the agreement to provide housing loans to customers interested in purchasing residential and apartment units at Karma Residencies in Maharajgunj.
According to the agreement, eligible customers can avail housing loan facilities at the bank's prevailing policies and standards at a premium of Base Rate + 0.25 percent. The maximum loan tenure will be up to 30 years.
The agreement is expected to facilitate customers of Karma Residencies' residential projects in arranging the necessary financial resources for purchasing homes and apartments. The loan facility will be available based on the customer's eligibility, credit assessment, property valuation, legal and technical examination, and the bank's prevailing policies.
The bank has been providing various loan facilities including housing, auto, and agriculture at competitive interest rates.
